Plot

Chandra Pratap Varma AKA King (Nagarjuna) hails from a royal family, having taken over the legacy and riches after the death of his father Raja Varma (Sobhan Babu). King has a younger brother Ajay (Deepak), mother (Geetha), maternal uncle ([Dharmavarapu Subramanyam]) and his late father's three sisters, who are married. Their husbands are (C Jayaprakash, Krishna Bhagawan, Sayaji Shinde). The uncles steal money, which's for the workers. They make it look like that the employee Chandu's responsible. King believes and fires Chandu. Suddenly, King knew that the uncles hid the money in their room. He kept quiet cuz of his aunts, mother, etc. He didn't want to ruin his family's honor. King's uncles are jealous of his power. King's brother gets kidnapped by henchmen of a rival business man named Bhagat. King rescues his younger brother. King's late dad's sisters' husbands plan to kill King indirectly. This planned day arrives and King goes away on a business trip where he meets his bodyguard, Munna and another employee, Swapna (Mamta Mohandas). Before King leaves airport, this mysterious guy's after King. Guy tries to shoot King, but misses. King chases him to graveyard, but doesn't see him. Unfortunately, Swapna was working with mysterious guy all along and Swapna shoots King who's presumed dead. King's bodyguard sees King in cemetery, but doesn't tell police the truth. 2 of the 3 evil uncles say other evil uncle's responsible for making King go missing. 1st evil uncle escapes and it's assumed that he's responsible. Mother believes her son King's safe.

Another story thread is incorporated through the introduction of gangster Bottu Seenu (again played by Nagarjuna), who falls in love with a singer Shravani (Trisha). Shravani does not care for a wastrel like Bottu Seenu, so Seenu poses as a software engineer named Sarath to impress her. Shravani's elder brother (Srihari) knows B.S. but I don't know if Srihari would get mad about B.S. loving Shravani. B.S. pretends to be Sarath who wears tie, shirt, and pant, Srihari gets fooled too. Real sarath (Sunil) imposes Raghu rokda in front of a cop by mistake. Cop mistakes Sarath as B.S. and beats him up really bad in hilarious way. Meanwhile, the villainous uncles send goons to look for King, thinking he's still alive. They run into Seenu and he thrashes them. Same 1st evil uncle proposes a deal to Seenu, and asks him to pose as King and return to the palace. Shravani and Srihari mistaken him as Sharath again. They accompany him to palace. Another twist's that Munna's evil too. He has picture of King's dead body, time, and day. Swapna's none other than Chandu's daughter, but he committed suicide cuz nobody believed him. She and mysterious shooter were hired by Bhagath and mysterious shooter's Baba. Now's she's hired to kill King's bro. King's brother brings home his fiancee Pooja/Swapna. Suddenly, B.S. attacks Pooja, but few seconds later, he has no idea what happened. Srihari believe King's spirit came to get revenge and controlled Sharath. Sharath/B.S. gets engaged to Shravani. Swapna knows that it's not King who's living in the palace right now. Bhagath hires bunch of guys including Baba to dress up in black and kill King's imposter and brother in palace during night. Bhagath doesn't trust girls so tells baba to kill Swapna. Sarath/BS's controlled by King's spirit and saves Deepak from Swapna. Another twist: King's bro met Swapna rt before she killed King. She feels that Deepak depends on his brother too much so he told her to kill King. 3rd twist: BS/Sharath is revealed as King. He calms his bro down. Munna's revealed as a good guy, but captures Baba. Baba reveals his motive for killing Deepak, Swapna, and Swapna is Chandu's daughter. Swapna's told what really happened that day, but doesn't kill Varma. The father and friends who took care of BS were Munna's people. Munna's real name's probably Raghu rokda. Varma says that Deepak's mistake's unforgivable. Varma's family members r feeling sad, so he decides to leave. He dies in an explosion which takes place in his car. Varma's mother leaves and doesn't want anyone to look for her. Everyone else's probably still mad at Deepak. 4th Twist's dat King's still alive. He reveals his plan to Shravani only. Same Bhagath's henchman who kidnapped Deepak at beginning of movie, King told him: "I want u to tell me Bhagath's evil plans." After King got shot, Munna took him to hospital. Swapna's details were fake, so they couldn't find her. He decided to play this double role drama. Bhagath's henchman/King's informer reveals the shooter's working for Bhagath too but didn't find details about Swapna. When King met his evil uncles again, none of them had nothing to do with it. King's informer blew up Varma's car after Varma escaped. This was Varma's plan too. Informer put a bomb inside Bhagath's car too, so King talks to Bhagath on phone before Bhagath dies. King pretends to be Sarath in front of everyone else.

Final Twist: BS/Munna's father and friends were responsible for messing up lights and pulling table with rope in King's palace. They did it to make it look like King's spirit came for revenge.

Raaj (Telugu: రాజ్) is a 2011 Telugu film directed by V. N. Aditya and produced under the banner of Kumar Brothers Cinema. Sumanth, Priyamani and Vimala Raman played the lead roles. Koti is the music composer for this film. It released in late February, 2011 and failed at the box office. It was later dubbed into Tamil and Malayalam under the title Maharani - The Beauty Queen.

Plot

The story is about a fashion photographer, Raaj (Sumanth), who is caught in between his wife, Mythili, played by (Priyamani) and his ex-lover, Priya (Vimala Raman). Raaj chose not to tell Mythili about Priya and finds it difficult to adjust with his wife during the early days of marriage. However, their relationship improves with time and they finally get close. Just when things look to settle down, Priya comes back into Raaj's life unexpectedly. He's very curios about why Priya left him abruptly in the past. Priya is later kidnapped by her scorned lover, played by Ajay'. Raaj saves her from his clutches subsequently. In an unexpected twist, it is revealed that Mythili and Priya were actually classmates in school. Raaj later uncovers Priya's ulterior motive, tells Mythili the truth, and reconciles with his wife.

Plot

Ganesh (Tarun) comes from village to meet his uncle and his daughter Ammu (Priyamani). His uncle refuses to acknowledge his presence and does not want his daughter to get married with him. Drona

Plot

Karunakar (Ravi Teja), Malli (Allari Naresh) and Chandu (Siva Balaji) are close friends and each of them has individual goals. Karunakar is in love with his cousin (Priyamani) whose father wants him to get a government job first. Malli dreams of going to a foreign land as soon as he gets his passport, while Chandu aims to set up a Computer training centre and is in love with Karunakar’s sister (Abhinaya). The trio enjoy life hanging out together. Karunakar’s friend Santosh (Surya Teja), son of a politician (Roja), is in love with his family’s arch rival's daughter. The three friends come forward to unite these love birds against all odds. In the process, Karunakar loses job and misses his cousin, Malli loses his hearing, and Chandu has his leg amputated. 10 days later, the married lovers seek divorce. The friends, who sacrificed so much to unite them, now teach them a lesson.

Hare Ram

Hare Ram is a 2008 Telugu movie directed by Harshavardhan, and produced by Kalyan Ram, under N.T.R. Arts. Kalyan Ram plays the lead role while Priyamani, Ali, Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Raghu Babu play supporting roles. Mickey J Meyer was the music director, C. Ram Prasad handled cinematography, and was edited by Gowtham Raju. The film was released on 18 July 2008. This movie is the next best hit for Kalyan Ram after Athanokkade which was a blockbuster.

The film is about an IPS officer Hari (Kalyanram) who is busy investigating the murders of a news reporter (Prabhakar) and then a well known doctor (Rajeev Kanakala) and then discovers that these are the murders done by his conjugal twin Ram (Kalyanram).

The story goes that Ram has a problem with his brain and is unable to control his hyper emotions about few things which makes him a beast at times. He would not even hesitate to kill and does not like anyone being praised or belittling him. In this process, he builds a grudge against his own brother who is good at everything and tries to kill him right during their childhood. Their mother (Seetha) is unable to tolerate all this and takes it upon herself to change Ram, so she takes him away from Hari to avoid further hatred but then not much change happens in the nature of Ram even after they grow up. Meanwhile, Hari is often chased by Anjali (Priyamani) who poses as a bank employee but in truth she is actually a CBI officer who comes to arrest Hari since she suspects his hand in the killings of a news reporter (Prabhakar) and a well known doctor (Rajeev Kanakala). Apparently, the doctor happens to be the younger brother of the health minister Siva Reddy (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and from then on the minister is closely on the heels of the killer. Anjali finally manages to arrest Hari successfully through a plan of hers and soon she realizes her folly when she chances upon his mother and understands the entire story of Hari and Ram.

Why does Ram commit the two murders? Does he change his attitude towards his brother? Can Ram get out of the case smoothly? All this forms the rest of the story.

Ragada (Telugu: రగడ, English: Fight) is a Telugu-language film directed by Veeru Potla. The film stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Anushka and Priyamani. The film was released on 24 December 2010. This Movie is also dubbed into Tamil as Vambhu.

Plot

The movie starts out with Tanikelli Bharani trying to kill an innocent man, who is against Pedhanna. Tanikelli gets killed by Jairam, who is one of Peddhanna's followers. Peddhanna is the biggest goon in all of AP, and he has 3 major followers who murder people for him. The other henchman just kidnap the wanted. These followers are, Jairam, Bhagavan, and Nanda. The next scene introduces Satya, getting of a truck and getting involved in a fight, which is against GK, and Peddhanna. Satya helps GK, who makes him his partner. Here, they find out that Satya is very money minded. GK's love, Sirisha, who does not love GK back, gets captured by Satya, and falls in love with him. Brahmanandam is another important character in the story who's major role is flirting with Sirisha. Priyamani enters as Ashtalakshmi, being chased by rowdies. Obviously, Satya beats them up, and finds out that the rowdies are Pedhanna's rowdies following Ashtalakshmi, for a reason she does not know of. Later, her whole family is introduced as a Brahmin family. Satya tells good tactics to GK, to fight Peddhanna. In one fight, Jairam captures Sirisha, and GK captures Jairam. Not wasting any time, Satya kills Jairam. Once again, Sirisha falls deeper in love with him. Satya gets another warning from Bhagavan, Peddhana's follower, to join him; but Satya does not. Ashtalakshmi, then, also falls in love with him. Later, Sirisha takes Satya to meet his friends at a pub, and she talks with a tattooed girl, whose face is not shown to Satya. In the next scene, Satya takes Ashtalakshmi on a date with him, that was supposed to be his date with Sirisha. Satya is cornered and goes to Bhagavan's house, and kills him, and his son. Satya thinks about why he joined the goon's gang. It is for money. The movie jumps to Satya's flashback, where they find out that Satya is an orphan, taken into care by a loving doctor, who is like Mother Teresa. The people of this City, Kadapa, worship this doctor. At that time, an election is taking place. The people want the Dr. to decide on who to vote for. Devyander, a political campaigner and who also has the support of pedhanna, kidnaps Dr's daughter, to make sure she tells everyone to vote for him. However, she doesn't. Satya enters on cue, and beats up Devyander's men. It is later found out that he has to get 72 crores to keep the Dr's hospital running, as Devyander's dad donated the money to the Dr, to open the hospital.He also kills the doctor at one point of time. So, to get the money and to take revenge against the goons who killed the doctor, Satya enters into the city. At this time, Satya is back in his house and is dealing with Ashtalakshmi's parents who are weeping uncontrollably. He finds out that Peddhanna's men long ago kidnapped Ashtalakshmi's bigger brother, and that is why they came to the city. But, as they can not find him, they ask Satya to help. Satya goes to the headquarters where her brother is held, and frees him. Then, there is a major twist, as he finds out, that Ashtalakshmi is not who she says she is, and actually robbed 120 crores from Peddhanna with the help of her brother. The rest of the story is if Satya will get the money in time? Which girl has he really fallen for? What is the link between GK and Pedhanna? Overall, as critics say, Ragada has nothing new, but is an all-time entertainer and full of comedy, and good fighting and mass songs.Overall the movie stood average at the box office.

Rakta Charitra ( Telugu: రక్త చరిత్ర ; Hindi: रक्त चरित्र) is a two-part Indian biographical film based on the life of Paritala Ravindra, directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film features Vivek Oberoi as Ravindra in the lead role, whilst Suriya plays Surya, who predominantly appears in the second part. Shatrughan Sinha, Sudeep, Abhimanyu Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sushant Singh, Priyamani, and Radhika Apte play other supporting roles.
The film was released in three different languages. The Telugu and Hindi versions were released in two parts, six weeks apart, while the Tamil version was released as a single film titled Raththa Sarithiram (Tamil: ரத்த சரித்திரம்).

Part I

The film starts with a narration about politics and gangs in Anantpur district, Andhra Pradesh. The opening scene of a murder in broad daylight, which the narrator calls "rakta politics", sets the tone of the movie. Narasimha Reddy, a local politician, is a powerful man in the area. His close associate Veera Bhadra (Rajendra Gupta) is his trustwothy ally for his political work, to the extent that Narasimha Reddy gives him freedom to contest Jilla Parishad polls with his men. Veera Bhadra champions the causes of the poor and oppressed and they look up to him like their leader.
Nagamuni Reddy (Kota Srinivas Rao), who is the local MLA of the district and close to Narasimha Reddy, becomes jealous of the budding trust between Veera Bhadra and Narasimha Reddy, and starts poisoning Narasimha Reddy against Veera Bhadra. Narasimha summons Veera Bhadra and asks him not to contest the polls with his contestants, but rather support Nagamuni Reddy's. Veera Bhadra lashes out at Narasimha Reddy for being unfair to the lower castes and storms out. Nagamuni Reddy calls for Mari (Ashish Vidyarthi), a close follower of Veera Bhadra, and manipulates him into killing Veera Bhadra, giving him the assurance that if he does it, people will suspect the policies of Veera Bhadra as his own follower killed him and he will be the next in line as the leader of the poor people, else take his life. Mari reluctantly agrees to it. Veera Bhadra and his wife (Zarina Wahab) travel in a bus with 40 people to a wedding. Manda and Nagamuni's men stop the bus, kill Veera Bhadra's guards, and tell him to step out of the bus or else he will be killed along with the other innocents on the bus. Veera Bhadra comes out, looking at Mari, and dares him to kill. Nagamuni's henchman Durga shoots at Veera Bhadra, making it look like Mari shot at him; prompting Mari about the deal he made with Nagamuni, he tells him to kill him in front of everyone. Mari takes a boulder and crushes Veera Bhadra's skull and kills him.
This results in an agitation led by Shankar, who wants to avenge his father's murder by killing all the men of Nagamuni and Narasimha Reddy. Enter Nagamuni's son Bukka Reddy (Abhimanyu Singh), described as a ruthless man who enjoys raping women and killing men in brutal ways. He starts killing Shankar's men in gory ways: drilling a hole into their skull, chopping off their heads with a sugarcane chopper, burning them alive and feeding them to ravenous rats.
Pratap Ravi (Vivek Oberoi), who is in college in the city, gets the news of his father's murder and rushes to the village. Nagamani Reddy orders local police inspector to kill Shankar in a fake encounter. When Pratap goes to the police station to ask about his brother, the inspector shows him Shankar's dead body and mocks him. Infuriated with this brother's murder, Pratap and Veera Bhadra's men kill all the police officers and the inspector.
Pratap Ravi hides in the jungle with his father's associates and vows to kill Narsimha Reddy, Nagamuni Reddy and Manda one by one, instilling fear of death in each one of them. He starts by busting in the house of Narasimha Reddy, killing his guards and finally killing him with a scythe in front of his wife as she looks on in horror. Next is Manda; as he roams in the market, Pratap's men follow him, and before he can defend himself, they chop his hand off. Manda begs for his life but Pratap stabs him in front of everyone. They plan to kill Nagamuni Reddy, but they are cautious as there is heavy police security in his house. As Nagamuni Reddy is sitting on his lawn conversing with a police officer, he is shot at by Pratap, who is dressed as the cop, and his men, dressed as cops as well, kill most of the policemen.
As Bukka Reddy and his brother Puru Reddy see their father's dead body, Bukka becomes enraged to the extent that he slaps the policewoman (Ashwini Khalsekar) who has come to take the body for postmortem. The story progresses as famed filmstar-turned-politician Shivaji Rao (Shatrughan Sinha) targets Anandpur for contesting elections. The day he enters Anandpur for the rally, Bukka's men throw bombs, which makes Shivaji Rao get back inside the car and go back. This insults him greatly and he asks his secretary for the one who can stop Bukka. Immediately, his secretary mentions Pratap's name; Shivaji Rao sends for him and puts down a proposal of joining his party and ticket for contesting elections. On the other hand, Bukka Reddy makes his brother Puru Reddy contest for elections and tries to sabotage the voting process by stealing the ballots. Pratap starts his rampage by eliminating, one by one, every rival of his party. Eventually, he comes across a man named Babu Qadri who seeks Pratap's help in avenging his sister's death. Bukka Reddy had raped his 16-year-old sister, because of which she immolated herself, and Bukka had then broken Babu Qadri's leg. Pratap assures him his vengeance but asks him to forget everything for some time.
As Bukka's men fail in rigging the election process, Pratap wins by a majority. Immediately, Bukka Reddy is arrested. Puru Reddy seeks the help of opposition leader Sethji's help in influencing the release of Bukka on bail. As soon as Pratap learns of this news, he looks out for the location where Bukka is hiding. Bukka, inflamed with the desire to avenge his father's death, hides out in an apartment with his men, and plots to kill Pratap Ravi. Pratap comes to know about his hideout devises a plan to execute him. He immediately gathers his men and calls Babu Qadri, who had sought Pratap's help in avenging his sister, to lead the execution of Bukka Reddy. He calls for the servant of Bukka Reddy and bribes him with 5 lakhs to aid in the execution. Babu Qadri and Pratap's men rush into the apartment, killing all Bukka's men; Babu shoots at Bukka but he escapes the bullets and runs to the balcony through the back door, where Babu shoots him from behind, and hacks him repeatedly with his axe, venting his anger. Pratap Ravi, being at the peak of his power with Shivaji Rao's full support, invites all the gangsters of the state to his place for lunch; after lunch he orders everyone to stop their illegal activities or face the music, emphasizing the power that he has in the state now.

Plot

Anbu (Vishal) is a happy-go-lucky guy, who lives with his family in Pattukottai and is having a good time singing energetic fast numbers like "Kantha Kadamba" with his friends. One day he gets into a fracas with a local politician ('Kathal' Dhandapani) and his comic henchmen while trying to save a friend and is arrested and a case registered against him. The local court gives him conditional bail, provided he signs the register in a Tiruchi police station!

On the way to Trichy police station, he sees a girl on a terrace (Motta Madi) drying clothes and falls for her. It is love at first sight for Anbu as he becomes crazy about Malar (Priyamani) a college girl, which leads to some hilarious situations. The police station, where he has to sign daily, is manned by his Chittappa Kanthaswamy (Ashish Vidyarthi), a comic sub-inspector whose ex-lover Kamala (Urvasi) is the constable at the station. Anbu kindles the love life of his uncle and makes merry at Malar's college, leading to funny situations.

Meanwhile Trichy city is run by a powerful politician Palani (Devaraj) and his brother Guna (Ajay), who have killed the local RDO in cold blood watched by a huge crowd of onlookers. The brothers continue with their 'dada giri', till they clash with a brave heart. He is none other than Anbu who, while trying to save Malar from a difficult situation, ends up getting the wrath of the brothers. Anbu, the one-man army, does a good demolition job and cleans Trichy of all its baddies
