Plot

Raja Vikramarka (Chiranjeevi) is the prince of Skanda Dweepam, a small kingdom. He is unable to live his own life, eat his favorite foods, or brush his own teeth. His father (Satyanarayana) arranges his marriage with another kingdom's princess. She turns out to be nothing more than a sycophant, one without a brain or spine of her own. He leaves the kingdom with his trusted friend, Jockie (Bramhanandam), in order to live his own life. In the modern big city, he finds a friend and works as a mechanic, during which time he saves a girl (Amala) from two attempts at her life. Her uncle (Rao Gopal Rao) hires him as her bodyguard. Rao later reveals to him that he was in fact the assassin trying to kill her for her money. In order to thwart his plot, Raja agrees to handle the murder attempts, while at the same time trying to save her. After being kicked out of the house, her uncle, along with the other villains (Gullapudi Maruthi Rao and Kota) join forces to kill Raja and his parents. Raja saves the day and rules as king of his land. The first part of the movie is loosely based on Eddie Murphy's Coming to America.

Plot

The story portrays an illiterate Puliraju(Chiranjeevi), who is a small time rowdy in a small town. He meets Jennifer (Suhasini), who arrives in that town as a school teacher. Suhasini slaps and accuses him for ill-treating his mother. Puliraju, instead of taking revenge on her, gets attracted towards her and manages to join as her student. Over a period of time, chiru transforms in his looks, behaviour and leaves his past life back. Over few reels, they both get attracted towards each other, but neither of them express their feelings. His mother, surprised by changes in his behaviour brings his maradalu(Radhika) from his village and tries to marry him off. At the same time, suhasini's family friend Rajasekhar arrives and her father plans her marriage with him. Puliraju, struggling with change within himself is attacked by his old enemies and is hospitalized. Suhasini reaches the hospital, understands his love towards her and they both unite in the climax.

Plot

Ravi Teja (Chiranjeevi) is an industrialist, who owns a textile company. He is a successful person in business but his personal life lacks harmony and peace. Tortured by his wife Madhavi and her mother, he finds life miserable. Meanwhile, his opponents cannot digest his success in business and plan to stop him from getting yet another business deal. Here, he meets Nagaraju (Chiranjeevi), who is a small-time thief. Ravi Teja is saved by Nagaraju and he plans to exchange their positions, so that his problems can be solved forever. Nagaraju agrees, and teaches madhavi, her mother, and Ravi Teja's enemies a lesson. Ravi Teja faces a strange situation of leading a thief's lifestyle. He encounters Radhika, who is also a small time thief. In the end, they both reveal their true identities and end the story on a happy note.

Jwala is a Telugu film starring Chiranjeevi and Radhika.

Plot

Jwala is action drama based movie in which, Chiranjeevi played dual roles in this movie as brothers Raju (chiru) and Yuvaraj (chiru) are brothers and sons of SP Chakravarthi. Sarvothama Rao and his son are indulged in smuggling and other illegal activities.

During an attempt to catch their sumggled goods, one of their main henchmen is shot dead by Chakravarthi. Sarvottama rao plans to take revenge on chakravarti by trapping his son. Yuvaraj is already in love with with Bhanupriya. Meanwhile, Raju saves an innocent girl Janaki (radhika), from the clutches of those smugglers and marries her.

Sarvothama Rao kills Basawaraj and traps Raju into this murder. Raju, unable to prove his innocence, is sentenced to death. Chakravarthi tries to prove his son’s innocence but he and his wife are killed by sarvottama rao’s men in the due process. When Raju learns this, he escapes from jail to take revenge.

Yuvaraj joins him and in the end both Raju and Sarvothama Rao are eventually killed in the climax fight.

Plot

Chiranjeevi plays Ravi who is an unemployed post-graduate and in love with Prema (Radhika). Prema is a dancer in a local bar and attracts her boss Allu Ramalingayya and his friends Simham (Rao gopal Rao) and Gummadi. prema pichollu 3 old friends meet in vizag and plan to trap Prema. Ravi manages to get a job at their place as a driver, without revealing his identity. He takes the help of Gummadi's son. Ravi and Prema use this opportunity of living at same place and get much closer. Three old men plan traps for Prema and each boasts about how efficiently they trapped her, when other two were away in their car with Ravi. A drunkard takes photos of theirs in compromising conditions and Ravi misunderstands Prema in this issue. Later three old men realize how their behaviour has affected a young couple's love, feel ashamed of their behaviour and reveal the truth to Ravi and unite them. Ravi is offered a job in Gummadi's factory, prema a permanent job in allu's hotel, and a house by Simham. Comedy generated by 3 old men is hilarious, especially when they describe the episodes when each narrates how he handled Prema.

Plot

Chiranjeevi plays an angry young man Ravindra, who is stubborn and adamant about what he feels right. He is the only son of his parents Satyanarayana, who is a Judge and Annapurna and is loved by Lata(Radhika). Ravindra's friend Eeshwar works for Prasad Babu, who kicks him out of job without paying him. Ravindra demands justice and bashes up Prasad Babu and endsup in court in front of his father as a culprit. Lata's father advises him to lie in court, but he sticks to truth and is jailed for few days. Satyanarayana feels insulted and warns Ravindra to control himself. Prasad Babu plans to take revenge for dragging him to court and plans an accident for Eeshwar. Eeshwar loses his legs and when Ravindra tries to lodge a complaint, police say that Prasad Babu's car was stolen 3 hours back. Case is lost and Ravindra gets frustrated. Prasad Babu also forces Lata's father(Raavi kondalarao) to force and engagement of his daughter with him. Meanwhile Eeshwar's wife Susheela steps into prostitution to earn money and unable to bear this, Eeshwar commits suicide. Ravindra takesup the responsibility of Eeshwar's sister Padma. Prasad Babu, who is still seeking revenge, gets the fingerprints of Ravindra and gets special gloves made with those prints and uses them to rape Padma and kills her. Blame falls on Ravindra and he is arrested. Prasad Babu's father Gummadi reveals the secret of gloves to Satyanarayana in a drunken state. Satyanarayana resigns to his judge post and fights this case for his son as a lawyer, but fails to prove anything about those gloves. Ravindra decides that only violence can solve this case and attacks on Prasad Babu's place and gets every clue needed. The real culprits are punished and movie ends with Ravindra's marriage with Latha.

Plot

Chiranjeevi plays an archeologist Krishna, who comes to a village in search of a plan for the hidden treasure. His friend Vikram was killed in the same village trying for that plan. One day during his work, he saves Kanakaraju and three other villagers from dying. They become his friend and also treat him as their philosopher and guide. Meanwhile Radhika, a village belle, falls for him and forces him to marry her. When Krishna refuses, she successfully enerts the role of a rape victim in front of the villagers. Krishna later learns that Kanakraju was in fact Kondababu, who killed Vikram, who was searching a plan for the hidden treasure. How Krishna plans and exposes Kanakaraju's reality forms the interesting climax of this movie.

Plot

Vijay (Chiranjeevi) is a CBI agent who lives in Delhi. On a special operation, Vijay is sent a place where a gang involves in every illegal activity. His job is to gain proofs against them and bring them to justice. Vijay succeeds in bursting the gang and in the due process, he meets Rekha (Radhika) and falls for her. Vijay manages to liquidate the boss of that gang and returns to Delhi with Rekha as his wife.

Plot

Chiranjeevi is a downtrodden villager named Sivudu who just wants to live along in his small world with his lady love (radhika) but falls as prey to the oppressors who are wealthy and powerful who beat him almost to death and kill his lover. He is rescued by a Guru (Jaggaiah) who trains him like a soldier and names him Shivudu to fight the Diwan Rao Gopal Rao under the Jamindar Gollapudi Maruthi Rao and his tyrannic daughter (Radhika in dual role) who thinks she has Blue Blood. Sivudu’s aim is to rescue the villagers from a secret place where they all are help captive and also get rid of Diwan and restore peace. Radhika later learns that she is the daughter of a servant but not of Jamindar and falls for Sivudu.The rest of plot forms on how sivudu succeeds his mission.

Plot

This story was based on a unique point of removing Section 302 from Indian Penal Code, which sentences death. Struggling lawyer Chiranjeevi (Chiranjeevi), lives with his roommate (Allu Aravind), and dreams of removing IPC Section 302. The reason behind his determination was his father's death sentence under 302, for rape and murder, which he didn't commit.

Viswanatham (Rao Gopal Rao), a famous criminal lawyer in that city, sends an invitation to every famous lawyer for a party at his place. By his secretary's mistake, one invitation reaches Chiranjeevi and he gets a chance to meet Viswanatham and express his idea about IPC 302. He also meets Viswanatham's niece Archana (Radhika) at the party and falls in love with her. When their love starts blossoming, after a couple of dates, Archana has to attend a meeting in another country and she leaves for few days.

During this time Chiranjeevi comes up with an idea: to plan a fake murder, in which he will trap himself and gets death sentence. According to his plan, Viswanatham will show original pictures of the dead body to the governor at the last moment and rescue Chiranjeevi. Then, both wanted to file a petition in Supreme Court against IPC 302. They manage a lady's dead body and Chiranjeevi is sentenced to death, just as Chiranjeevi planned. In jail, guard Ganapathi (Rallapalli) is surprised to see Chiranjeevi happy before his death. Archana returns from abroad and finds out that Chiranjeevi will be hanged the next day. She goes to the jail to meet Chiranjeevi, and he acts like if he really did commit the crime out of lust (Archana does not know Chiranjeevi's plan). Archana leaves in disgust. Just a night before Chiranjeevi's hanging, Viswanatham, who is on his way to meet governor to rescue Chiranjeevi, has an accident.

Tense Chiranjeevi reveals to Ganapthi that this was all a fake and that he did not kill the woman and pleads for his help. Ganapathi runs to Archana's house to tell her the truth. After a night-long struggle, they manage to get in touch with Viswanatham, who is alive and in hospital. They get the original negative photos and in the last moment Chiranjeevi is saved from being hanged.

Viswanatham throws a party to celebrate Chiranjeevi's success and announces Chiranjeevi and Archana's engagement. A drunk (Gollapudi) drags Chiranjeevi out of the party and Archana gets suspicious about their secret talk. She follows him. Meanwhile Chiranjeevi believes that the dead body he used was not a natural death: She was killed by someone. A postmortem report shows that she was killed by a guy with four fingers on one hand. Archana remembers a goon, who attacked her on the night she saved Chiranjeevi, when she reached him to find out the source of dead body. Chiranjeevi reveals that he bought the body from that four-fingered goon. It slowly unfolds that the lady who was killed was Viswanatham's daughter from his extramarital relationship. Viswanatham is arrested and in court the judge sentences him to death. But Chiranjeevi objects. He finds that the death penalty is ridiculous and that it is not a punishment to kill someone. To punish, one must suffer for his/her actions. After a short speech, the judge also objects and instead sentences seven years to prison.

Two American films The Man Who Dared (1946) and Life of David Gale (2003) also share similar plot. A novelist aided by his future father-in-law conspires to frame himself in the murder of a stripper as part of an effort to ban capital punishment. Is the story line of the movie Beyond Reasonable Doubt 1956. Finally it is revealed the hero only killed the women. Yandamoori lifted the plot copied and only change he made is that instead of hero his supposed relative commits the murder. Yandmoori is such a plagiarist , all his works are copied from somewhere.
