Veera

Veera is a 2011 Telugu-language directed by A. Ramesh Varma which features Ravi Teja, Kajal Agarwal, Taapsee Pannu and Shaam in the lead roles. The film featured music by Thaman and released on May 20, 2011 to poor reviews.It became controversial movie because of the vulgar language.
Shyam Prasad (Shaam) is an honest ACP who comes into conflict with the local don, Dhanraj (Rahul Dev). He threatens Shyam's family so the police department arranges for an officer to provide security for them. Veera (Ravi Teja) arrives soon after.
Shyaam's wife Sathya (Sridevi Vijayakumar) dislikes Veera and doesn't want him involved with her family while Aiki (Taapsee Pannu) falls in love with him. Shyaam learns that Veera is not the security officer appointed by the police department. Veera's identity and his reasons for helping Shyam's family form the rest of the story.
