Plot

Sundarayya (Venkatesh) is the an orphan. He is the care taker of a very famous girl"s college/hostel named Kasthurba College. Srividya is the owner/Principal. The college is famous for its good standards and the manners of the students, thanks to Venkatesh"s efforts. Ravali and Ramyakrishna are the new joinees. Ramya is an arrogant girl and she is insulted by Sundarayya on one occasion. She gets angry and waits for the opportunity to take the revenge. And she gets it when she spots an intoxicated Venkatesh. She places him on the bed of a sleeping girl in the hostel. The girl commits suicide and the college fame goes down the drain. Sundarayya leaves the college. The rest of the story is all about how Sundarayya makes Ramya understand her mistake and how he handles the villain Kota Srinivasa Rao.
